*Allocating branch sales targets to the respective verticals of the branch in consultation with Regional Head.
*Ensuring adequate manning against the budgeted sales target of the verticals at the branch level.
*Ensuring effective communication of premium targets to respective sales managers .
*Driving the office sales team to achieve the budgeted target
*Maintaining the product/channel mix as per the business plan to ensure branch profitability.
*Monitoring & optimizing the cost of acquisition of the channel.
*Tracking productivity of the branch inclusive of performance of each SM.
*Setting standards and maintaining "Business Quality".
*Updating the top management on market competition.
*Following-up with the underwriting team, Operations team & Claims team in case of troubleshooting.
Salary: INR 7,50,000 - 12,00,000 P.A.
