1. Provide support to staff through resources such as vehicles (conveyance facility to company's offices), guest house management, conference hall arrangements, arranging telecommunications facility like voice data and net support, provision and Stationary and visiting card.
2. Provides supplies by identifying needs for reception, switchboard, mailroom, and kitchen; following policies, procedures, and work schedules.
3. Provides communication systems by identifying needs; evaluating options; maintaining equipent; processing invoices.
4. Preparing Periodic MIS related to Admin activities.
5. Ensure cost effective/optimum utilization of resources to cater needs as and when required
6. Handle requests and queries appropriately
7. Make travel arrangements
8. Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures.
9. Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
